Sam is fantastic. He is very caring and great at communication. My Range Rover was unfortunately misbehaving. On a Friday morning, it would not start, but the batte He is very caring and great at communication. My Range Rover was unfortunately misbehaving. On a Friday morning, it would not start, but the battery was fine (only 4 months old). So, I had it towed to the dealership. Of course, it started fine at the dealership. Monday morning, same issue. Once more, towed it to the dealership. Sam provided me with a loaner car. Again, the car started at the dealership! Finally on Thursday, it wouldn't start. They ran the diagnostics and it turns out there was corrosion on the cable from the battery to the starter. Thank you for finally figuring out the problem. More
