Jason made the process so easy for my husband and I who hadn’t purchased a car for several years. Angeli was proficient yet took the time to explain things to us. The only complaint we had was that when hadn’t purchased a car for several years. Angeli was proficient yet took the time to explain things to us. The only complaint we had was that when we first viewed and purchased the car I specifically pointed out food particles splattered on the ceiling upholstery and Jason made note for the detailers to clean it off but when we picked up the car the food splatters were still there (not Jason’s fault). We were very surprised because it was very obvious and if anyone cleaning the car got in and looked around they would’ve seen it. This is an educational opportunity for future sales. Overall we were very pleased with our experience. More
