I cannot begin to express the pleasure I had while leasing a car through VW of Garden Grove. Recently I have been navigating through a separation while dealing with the issues surrounding child custod leasing a car through VW of Garden Grove. Recently I have been navigating through a separation while dealing with the issues surrounding child custody. I needed a new vehicle and i needed it fast. Chris Kelly, Anthony Santos and Anthony and Anthony Chapa demonstrated both empathy and resolve when working to get me qualified for lease on a 2023 Toas. Not only did i feel comfortable with their level of service and concern, but they also worked to serve me and not the dealership, I felt as if they wanted to be a part of solution to my current situation without adding to it. From the first interaction to the time i took possession, everything was explained without feeling hurried or pressured. Anthony Santos was amazing and his desire to treat me and my situation as if it were his own cultivated the confidence i had with the dealership in Garden Grove. I chose VW of Garden Grove because they seemed the most genuine and upfront. They also projected patience. The process was smooth and i went from prequalifying on a Friday via the phone to driving off the lot 24hours later. I could have picked the car up the same day on Friday but had errands to handle. I love the vehicle and it fits my needs. I have bought several luxury vehicles from Audi, Range Rover and Mercedes. However, the experience i had at VW of Garden Grove far and away exceeds the level of service and respect i received from those luxury brands.
