I was in the market for a second vehicle and had decided on a Hyundai Elantra. I initially wanted the SE trim, but since none were available, I was shown the Sport model. Very disappointed, I went in looking forward to leasing a car left feeling like I had been scammed. They have a whole routine saying you have this price " looked up". Then have you change your insurance to t car left feeling like I had been scammed. They have a whole routine saying you have this price " looked up". Then when you're ready to sign the paperwork and drive your new car out of there, you are sent to " finance" were they spring on you that the price the sales person said was " looked in " is not possible because your credit is not good enough, mean while the sales person never mentioned that. When I gave them a bad review someone called from Hyundai of 110 trying to intimidate me. I I didn't know that it's business practice to call and intimidate somebody that gave them a bad rating I have certainly never heard of it. Should I be scared now to give a batter of you to a company? They're going to call and intimidate me. I informed I informed a person that never introduced himself that I was going to contact headquarters and he told me. Is that a threat? I don't understand if they if they conducted themselves in a proper business manner, if everything was kosher .Why would it be a threat if I was going to contact headquarters? More

I asked several times for a breakdown of the number they put on the paper. Why aren’t the taxes listed? They told me. Until I sat with Gerard the finance guy. They know I had to leave at 3 PM - I said if there isn’t enough time, I’ll be happy to come back in the morning. I already left the deposit. There was plenty of time they told me. And of course he doesn’t call me in until 2:45. Conveniently I am in a rush. Suddenly there are many extra fees bringing my total about 4-5 thousand more. I complained, asked if there was a video camera to go back to- and then he took off some of the fees. Then the salesman came in to apologize as if he was completely shocked. Don’t tell me it wasn’t a well played plan. I have shared this sneaky approach with many many co workers in the area- I am sure they will not be visiting this store. I bought the car but have buyers remorse. I should have called off the deal and went to another more honest dealer. More

Horrible dealership. My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and they didn’t contact me about when it would be fixed. I had to follow up and they again didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got an appt & then they cancelled it on me randomly 2 weeks prior to it claiming the bodyshop was backed up & I’d have to wait months for a new appt. In the past when I did get my car repainted there, they got paint all over, inside my car and were giving me issues about it. Fully unorganized and I would recommend going elsewhere for your Hyundai issues. More
