I've been coming to Arlington Acura for 25 years and have serviced all 6 of my Acura's over that period exclusively at AA. All of the service consultants are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and are re serviced all 6 of my Acura's over that period exclusively at AA. All of the service consultants are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and are really good at diagnosing potential issues. Always accommodate my schedule and often short notice of appointment need, never inconvenienced and if needed have a service loaner available. Don't always buy there, but sure service them there!!! Amazing experience buying a used car here. This was an inexpensive used car for teenager. They treated us like we were buying a $60k Acura. Our salesperson Adrian was very professional and very friendly with excellent customer service skills. I’ve never had a better buying experience at a dealer. Then. After the very simple and fast purchase, we drove home and the check engine light came on. Again, Adrian was very accommodating and agreed to take car in for service and provide me with a loaner. The car required a new catalytic converter. Reminder this is an old car with 140k miles on it. Service quoted me the price and said they cover 50%. I spoke to Adrian again where he addresses this right away with his manager and they agreed to cover the full cost. Just incredible to have this response on a used car from a dealer. I am so happy and appreciative and will give them my business anytime. Thank you. More
