Great service!!! I had my Acura and Lexus service back in summer 2017 at Arlington Acura in Palatine and I am very satisfied. This time I need another service for body I had my Acura and Lexus service back in summer 2017 at Arlington Acura in Palatine and I am very satisfied. This time I need another service for body repair so I reached out Mr. Aamer Ali immediately. Mr. Ali remembers me very well and within 15 minutes He provided me the estimate. Since I need to get another estimate from another shop, there was several days that I didn’t communicate with Mr. Ali. He is very patient and did good follow up. The estimate he provided is very reasonable so I went with him again. He arranged everything for me so I just need to drove there and drop off my car. I got my own car back and again very happy with the service throughout. Highly recommend Arlington Acura in Palatine, not just the repair also customer relationship throughout the process. More
