Took an extended period of time for this dealership to pay off the loan attached to a trade-in (over two weeks). This is not acceptable and allowed additional interest to accumulate on the loan. The Tiguan I purchased is also missing the liftgate feature, which costs about $2,000.00 to have installed aftermarket (the dealership provided a $300.00 credit). Overall, I am selling the vehicle to Vroom and probably would not buy another vehicle here. More
