Long story short, my experience at Brandon VW was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. My salesman was unprofessional, did not even try to engage in conversation, relate or build any sort of rel worst car buying experience Ive ever had. My salesman was unprofessional, did not even try to engage in conversation, relate or build any sort of relationship. All the negotiations took place on the sales floor in front of other customers. My personal information to include my credit scores were discussed out in the open. I approached the 4 sales managers desk to ask a question and 3 of 4 of them were eating Big Mac’s that smelled terrible. Very unprofessional sales managers for eating out in the middle of the floor. I find it very odd we never went into an office. The sales managers talked down to me like it was my first time buying a car and it is about the 13th time. No handshake, no congrats, nothing thrown in for free. All in all I wasn’t even happy driving off the lot. Terrible experience. More

The sales person was incredible, facility was nice as well. One area of concern was the floor manager (didn’t catch his name), but when I asked our sales associate (Reggie) with a question he couldn’t an well. The floor manager acted somewhat wayward towards Reggie (as if we were inconveniencing him), and asked when I purchased my vehicle. I almost couldn’t believe the manager, he had been sitting 20 feet from me for the past 4 hours as we were purchasing the car. Aaron, our finance guy was also incredible and very nice. More
