In the past, I have been satisfied with service. This time (7/27/21), not so much. Arrived with two problems: (1) Error Airbag warning on instrument panel, and (2) A/C not putting out enough cold air. Se time (7/27/21), not so much. Arrived with two problems: (1) Error Airbag warning on instrument panel, and (2) A/C not putting out enough cold air. Service folks could not find an A/C leak, but added some refrigerant and a dye. A/C performance was improved, but if the dye shows a leak, that means another trip and long wait for me, and the Customer Lounge is COLD! Turn down your A/C, Brandon VW! As for the Error Airbag warning, I was told not to put anything -- even a beverage bottle -- on the passenger seat. Well, aside from being ridiculous and counter to past experience, that warning message remains on the instrument panel even when the passenger seat is empty. Phooey! More

Brandon VW has never disappointed. I leased a VW and now bought. They are kid friendly and extremely nice. Fred the manager was AMAZING and Josh the sales associate was great. My concern was, that I gave my card and When I asked for a receipt I was told it was the paper work. I had to call my bank and make sure it wasn’t ran already. It was a simple mistake that I can see past. I would recommend 1000%. More
