Our salesperson, Josh, was excellent. We were able to return our leased Nissan Murano and get a new Nissan to lease without any difficulty. The new car was thoroughly explained to us. Tried to trade the car that I ended up with back after 2 1/2 days for my own car. Fought with the manager for 45 minutes just to get it! He also called me a LIAR! Kept saying that I smoked in the car. Why w 1/2 days for my own car. Fought with the manager for 45 minutes just to get it! He also called me a LIAR! Kept saying that I smoked in the car. Why would I smoke in a car that I hated?! Yes, I’m a smoker. So naturally my coat and things would smell like smoke as well. Said they found ash in the car. I had rolled down the back window to entertain my son while I smoked OUTSIDE!!! 😡 I never had the original paperwork that I signed saying that the car was officially mine AND I never gave them a down payment for the stupid car! They MADE me pay a $200 cancellation fee for the loan AND they’re also charging me for the mileage, bombing of the car to get rid of the smoke smell, and for “renting” the car for the 2 1/2 days! As far as I know, dealerships usually have a 7 or 14 day return policy if you’re not happy with the car. Mya Moua was very nice and friendly. She tried her hardest to help me get the car I truly wanted. And Juan even offered to let me have my old car back the day before. Mya and Juan both knew that I wasn’t very happy with the car that I had. Never have I ever been treated so rudely by a dealership before! Let alone be called a liar! Thats what really bothers me AND fighting just to get my old car back! I will never return to Klein Nissan in Maplewood! And I will NEVER recommend any family OR friends to go there. That was the worst treatment I have ever had from any dealership!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 More

I visited this dealership yesterday after communicating with the Business Manager there, Madeline. She was very thorough and prompt in her communication and follow up regarding my trading in my car on a la with the Business Manager there, Madeline. She was very thorough and prompt in her communication and follow up regarding my trading in my car on a larger vehicle. I told her up front that I had credit issues and she assured me that they worked with all types of credit essentially making me feel that it wouldn’t be a problem. She referred me to a salesman named Aaron. I drove an hour to get there after work to meet Aaron and have them look at my car and look at a car I saw online. At first he was ok.. a bit phony but tolerable. He pulled my credit report and asked me some questions regarding my employment etc. Noone ever looked at my car. I never saw the woman who said “ she really wanted to meet me” and eas there less than an hour before they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Mind you, they didn’t even try. They just saw a poor single mom, a loser in their minds and didn’t bother. I am pretty sure that Aaron got my inccome incorrect but since he didn’t bother to recheck .. he just wanted to be done with me, I cannot be sure. After I left, I realised that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my pay. I know car dealerships aren’t the most scrupulous businesses out there but god.. I don’t think I have ever left a place feeling that low before. The thing is. They don’t know me or my story. They have not been in my shoes and they certainly were nit willing to go to bat for me so my son and I could drive something more comfortable. I wasn’t even looking at new cars. I was looking at something almost 3 years old that with my trade in which is paid for and all would have gone towards the purchase price would have definitely brought it down significantly. Shameful. I would not recommend this dealership especially if your not perfect and don’t have a perfect life.because they don’t believe in helping those that might need a little help. Go elsewhere..do research More

Horrible customer service after purchase I bought a 2016 corvette a week ago and the car is already in the shop at my local Chevy dealer for transmission fluid issue. Kline gave me a 2,500 mi I bought a 2016 corvette a week ago and the car is already in the shop at my local Chevy dealer for transmission fluid issue. Kline gave me a 2,500 mile warranty when I bought it and I purchased an extended warranty for $3,500. I had a discussion with Bret, the used car manager and he couldn’t understand why I brought it in for service, people don’t bring their cars in for service for the xxxx of it. Bret has no customer service abilities and just continued to point the finger when I only had the car a week. The repair is $500 and they are fighting it. Don’t buy a used car from Kline!!!!!!! They don’t stand behind their used cars, I talked to the used car manager and the finance guys. More

Amazing Buying Experience! To say everyone in the dealership is friendly and helpful is an understatement. They all go above and beyond to make you feel you are valued. I can't say enough about Chris Little, he an amazing sales person. Very personable and genuine. He and so many others worked around my late work hours and busy schedule to help me through the buying experience. He stayed late for me three nights and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I have purchases a number of vehicles over the years and all car buying experiences should be like this. Kline Nissan should be giving lessons to all other dealerships. Never have I walked out of a dealership spending time with so many employees and knowing their names, top to bottom. Kline Nissan and their employees are a class act. Kudos to all! More
