Alyssa was great but I thought unnecessary items were added as recommendations and it was a rip off with more than $3,300 in invoice. I had changed tires 2 year back from them and now they recommended ch added as recommendations and it was a rip off with more than $3,300 in invoice. I had changed tires 2 year back from them and now they recommended changing again, I would suggest to be careful as they are trying to upsell and add unnecessary items, this is the first time I felt though I have been servicing from them since I bought the car from them in 2017.
