This visit, I was told that Infiniti of Bellevue would charge a fee for using my credit card. They had not done this in my prior visits. I paid by debit card. My service advisor forgot to apply the 20% di charge a fee for using my credit card. They had not done this in my prior visits. I paid by debit card. My service advisor forgot to apply the 20% discount on service promotion on additional recommended service I approved after he called me for recommended service. I asked to have my account credited, instead of having a balance on my account. Service advisor told me that he would have to work out with their finance department. Called a week later to find out why my account wasn't credited. I was told they had to cut a refund check. It has been 12 days since I picked up my car. I still haven't received the check. Car drives very nicely, and I am satisfied with the detailing. Infiniti master mechanics always do a great job to maintain my car. More

Very thorough in the work they do. Good visit. Nice job. The work performed was due to a prior service that a connection came loose. That happens and is the only frustrating part s Good visit. The service was done faster than estimated, with little to no waiting at drop-off or pick-up. Solid overall. But it's weak that they charge a 3 percent credit card fee, while also overcharging for services, cars, etc. How much money do you need to make? Bellevue Infiniti is very friendly! My service advisor Asha kept me informed of my repair and made sure I had a loaner car to drive for the weekend.
