And when I had an obscure question about the car Aaron couldn't answer, he walked me back to the service department where they could answer my question. Could not find any trucks or sales people that satisfied us. Some had no idea what they were even trying to do while attempting to convince me of what they were even selling. Being an Engineer for the past 40 years makes it pretty easy for me to sort out the facts. We started visiting with Julianna via text, emails and phone conversations. She seemed like a delightful lady and we're sorry we didn't get to meet her due to her class she had to attend. She turned us over to Aaron. He was very impressive. Not pushy and very friendly and knowledgeable in spite of patiently explaining the workings of a Ford product at a Chevy dealership. He was very helpful in setting up the Bluetooth and did a fantastic job showing (two seniors) the workings of all the crazy high tech features. Kudos to Aaron and a big "Hi" to Julianna.
