Service Upon arrival I was met in the pre service bay and greeted. First associate put the protective covers over the seats And on the flooring. Next step w Upon arrival I was met in the pre service bay and greeted. First associate put the protective covers over the seats And on the flooring. Next step was at the Service Desk to talk with Joanne Chapleski. We discussed today's appointment, what was scheduled to be done and Joanne asked if there was anything else. I told her one little thing I was requesting. She made note of it and suggested that I make myself comfortable in the customer waiting area. In a matter of minutes she approached me to go over the work that was done with printed out invoices describing the work. Joanne escorted me to the cashier's window and thanked me for having my car serviced there. At the cashier's window, I was met by a very personable young lady who handled the payment transaction. She thanked me and I was on my way ONLY after saying goodbye to Joanne. She commented that for The next scheduled service I would receive an email from them. Then it was out the door in my newly washed car and down the road. More

I first encountered the dealership through its incredibly fine service department when my 2008 Versa hatchback needed a recall. The excellence of the service department--Aaron, Joanne, and the crew--made it a given that when I needed a new car, I would walk right out of the service department into the showroom. Stephanie could not have been a better salesperson--she is knowledgeable and warmly enthusiastic, and took the initiative to find me the perfect car. Anthony in the finance department and everyone else who took part in the process was outstandingly pleasant, friendly, and thoroughly competent.
