Nice surprise. Aside from checking on app status, Kevin stayed and worked with me, not blowing me off to help other people. Again, what was intended to be at most 1 hour, turned to be a 4+ hour experience. Did spend a lot of time waiting for the app process though. But, overall, the result, Kevin, Aaron and Ken helped to get me a car. Even with my current situation being less than ideal. Maybe they can help with a better Insurance rate than my current provider? More

I didn't know what car I wanted but Jim Rubey helped by showing me several options before I decided on the CR-V. He was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. However, I noticed when I got home with my new car that there was a snafu with the paperwork (the wrong car was listed). We were able to get all the paper work redone in a timely fashion before any real problem arose with the added help of Aaron Bulinski and Michael Noyes. More
