Tom and Natalie (Client Advisers) were wonderful to work with, and Ziggy and Brent (Sales Managers) were especially helpful when I had questions about the trade-in value. I really appreciated their patience, honesty, and the way everything was explained so clearly. Aaron (General Manager) greeted me at the door and stayed involved throughout to make sure everything went smoothly. That level of attention and customer care really stood out to me. The sale went quickly and without any issues. I am happy with the car I purchased. However, after the sale I contacted both the salesperson and the sales manager about looking for the owners man I am happy with the car I purchased. However, after the sale I contacted both the salesperson and the sales manager about looking for the owners manual which wasn't in the car when I got home. Neither responded to my emails.
