I am a registered nurse with low debt to income ratio wanting spending around 30k on a new car. I was interested in new and used options. I first met Aaron Craige early on in my shopping cycle and had a nice experience. However, I immediately notice the arrogance that this dealership had about their brand. Upon my return visit I met with a newer guy who knew little about the cars features or the inventory as he couldn't even find a 2019 model to show me. I did find a car that I was interested in on my own. When we entered into negotiations I was bombarded by a guy named Lyman with series of attacks regarding it being a privilege to own a honda and if price was an issue that I should go by the Toyota. Insulted my mother who drove a Nissan and made a lot of other aggressive remarks. The salesman never tried to understand what I liked about the car I had chosen or even attempted to show me alternatives that would meet my budget. No one made any effort to show me anything else and I felt that was lazy. I did leave and I bought a 40K Toyota an hour later. I only write this to let you know that your selling style and qualifying approach will allow your sales reps to starve to death. I was there with my parents who are also in the market to buy two new cars in the next 6 months but will not return to this dealership. More
