Disappointing Post-Sales Experience with Used Vehicle Purchase from INFINITI of San Jose: I recently purchased a used 2023 BMW X1 xDrive from INFINITI of San Jose. While the initial sales experience w Purchase from INFINITI of San Jose: I recently purchased a used 2023 BMW X1 xDrive from INFINITI of San Jose. While the initial sales experience was impressive, my satisfaction quickly declined after taking delivery of the vehicle. As a customer, I understand that purchasing a used vehicle may come with certain risks. However, one of the primary reasons I chose to buy from a reputable dealership like INFINITI of San Jose was the expectation of a thorough inspection and transparent communication regarding the vehicle’s condition. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. After taking ownership, I began noticing issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. This raises concerns about whether known issues were intentionally withheld. I raised these concerns in a review and via email. In response, Aaron de Priest (GSM) commented that I could reach out to him directly for a resolution. I attempted to do so multiple times: 05/14/2025 – Informed he was on leave 05/15/2025 – Informed he was on leave 05/16/2025 – Informed he was in a meeting; a sales rep took my number and said he would return my call 05/19/2025 – Same response as above As of 05/26/2025, I have not received a return call, which I find unprofessional and disappointing. Similarly, my email follow-ups have gone unanswered, despite sharing evidence and detailed concerns. I received a reply from Aaron stating that the service team would contact me, but no such call has been received. While this dealership may offer a good experience for new INFINITI vehicles, I cannot recommend them for used car purchases based on my experience. The lack of follow-through and accountability post-sale is unacceptable. More

Bought a 'certified' used Jaguar from them. The finance guy forced the extended warranty in the transaction, stating it was *required* and *not* optional. After arguing with the GSM and explain The finance guy forced the extended warranty in the transaction, stating it was *required* and *not* optional. After arguing with the GSM and explaining to him how this is 100% illegal practice, they agreed to rewrite the contract excluding this extended warranty. But this wasn't the end of the fiasco. Brakes stopped working on the vehicle within the first day. Called them up and they said they're not equipped to work on EV's (yet they sell them) and that to take the car to Jaguar dealership. They didn't offer me a loaner nor did they offer to coordinate the repairs with Jaguar. But the GSM did tell me on the phone they will pay for any repairs Jaguar performs. Jaguar has completed repairs, which they stated the brake malfunction was a result of a RAT INFESTATION in the car under the hood. So, this whole time Infiniti of San Jose had this car on their lot, they never once bothered to look under the hood compartments to check for anything , they would've seen the rats nest had they performed a thorough inspection of the car they were selling. Now Jaguar sent me the invoice which I sent to SJ Infiniti and they are refusing to pay for it. They are citing there's no written agreement that states they would pay for the repairs, even though the GSM told me over the phone they would. They are using any excuse to get out of having to pay for repairs that came out of poor inspection/vehicle storage while it was on their lot. They sold me the bubonic plagued car, failing brakes and all, told me they're not equipped nor have the techs to work on EVs but they'd pay for the repairs from the manufacturer dealership yet are now backing out, stating they never authorized the repairs. Avoid Infiniti of San Jose like the bubonic plague that they are offering in their used vehicles, which they are not equipped to check and work on. False promises of repair comps, and illegal transactional practices should be on every consumer's radars if they're even considering this rat infested dealership. More
