My truck was down there for over a month where it was quoted initially within a couple weeks the lead technician manager Jeff told me that their tech that was working on. It broke a sensor off in the eng quoted initially within a couple weeks the lead technician manager Jeff told me that their tech that was working on. It broke a sensor off in the engine and tried to cover it up, but he was gonna make sure that I knew about that and they were gonna do something about it. He was a very nice individual, but his Technicians are very careless apparently the truck had another issue when I was quoted $3700 for the full repair and I decided just to pay the thousand dollars because I was told that the truck was in operable now that I drove in and I won’t be driving it out that was hard to swallow, but he was able to get it running, but I wouldn’t have known because I drove it about 20 minutes down the road and the engine completely overheated and sputtered to a stop and I looked down in the gauge is all the way in the red. I opened up the hood and I am met with a coolant reservoir that is bone dry they forgot to put coolant in the truck. Jeff sent a technician out to me to put coolant in there and then eventually the truck did start back up but it’s been leaking coolant ever since and I had to get it towed back over to my property where it’s now sitting it looks like it’s coming out from the seals gasket area. I’m just very unhappy with the outcome from bringing it to a dealership which I took it to you guys even though it’s way more expensive it’s the thoroughness and care and quality is what I was after but I ended up getting shafted more than I’ve ever been in a very long time and I’m still pursuing this if you could please call me at 423-4407334 More

It’s just a typical dealer service, in fact the last new purchase vehicle was a German brand and their service dept. was much nicer w/ free beverage of choice, your service dept is a typical dealer service purchase vehicle was a German brand and their service dept. was much nicer w/ free beverage of choice, your service dept is a typical dealer service area, waiting room with old magazines, a coffee pot but no coffee, a tv that isn’t playing, etc. plus most dealerships wash the vehicles after service From this dealership it took two years and reordering a truck three times only to receive a vehicle that was knowingly built with a defective engine ! Now you somehow think I should give a great review on the fact you had to perform the test to see if it should be replaced, Now if it were you, How would you feel ? More

Everyone was welcoming and nice. They did tell me things that had just been replaced prior year and then said someone probably put after parts on and they won’t last.
