While researching the new XV Crosstrek, I came across a Subaru dealers website from the east cost that was offering a great deal on pre-orders of this new car, pricing it below invoice. I wasnt expecting to see a dealer offering such a good deal on a pre-order of a new car (especially a completely new model). So I started doing the numbers in my head and figured out that with the money I would save, I could take a free road trip, but I wanted to see if any other dealers in the Spokane / Cd'A area would honor the same price. The first two I called said they could'nt honor that price. Then I called Subaru of Spokane, spoke with Aaron Hauer and without hesitation he said "sure, we can do that." I was surprised. So a month later I headed to Subaru of Spokane to order my new car. Everything was great, nothing was hidden and there were no surprises. I even called to change the color twice, as well as different features and Aaron and James jumped through numerous hoops to help me out. I really appreciate the excellent service I have received and look forward to working with Aaron and James in a couple months when my car is set to arrive. I would definitely recommend Aaron Hauer and James Kieffer at Subaru of Spokane, hands down. More

I highly recommend this car dealership and would definitely go back here in the future. Aaron was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made my experience buying a 2011 Outback Sport definitely go back here in the future. Aaron was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made my experience buying a 2011 Outback Sport fun and relaxed. It is rare to encounter a sales person such as Aaron; he gave me information, did not pressure me, and allowed me the time to make an informed decision. In fact, every person I encountered at this dealership was incredibly friendly; they seem genuinely happy to be there and it shows. Thank you Aaron and Subaru of Spokane for helping me buy my first Subaru!!!! More

Their customer service was amazing. Aaron went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured into the sale and always felt that I had choices. I genuinely felt that he was working his way to make me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured into the sale and always felt that I had choices. I genuinely felt that he was working with me - not against me. He gave me his full attention and ample time to find the right car. If you're looking for a dealership who will give you their full attention and pair you with the best car for you, then this is the place to go. The entire staff was great, but I definitely suggest you ask for Aaron. More

We've bought a lot of cars over the years and dealt with a lot of dealerships and this experience was one of the best. Aaron was VERY knowledgeable about all the cars we talked to him about. We bought a new Subaru for me and a used Nissan for our company and I was very impressed with how much he knew about all the various cars that were in the used car lot, as well as all the new Subaru's we checked out. I'd definitely recommend Aaron to anyone that is looking for a car...new or used. More

We were in our old car in a bad way, owing way more than it was worth. We had zero expectations that anyone would be able to get us out of this car and into a new one. To our surprise Subaru of Spokane work it was worth. We had zero expectations that anyone would be able to get us out of this car and into a new one. To our surprise Subaru of Spokane worked miracles for us they were able to get us into a new 2012 Outback with little money down and kept us below the payment that we had in mind. Our salesman Aaron Hauer was fantastic, I will highly recommend this dealership and Aaron to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More
