First, I really appreciated that there weren't all sorts of additional, bogus add-ons to the contract that you hear other dealerships try to sneak on after you've already agreed upon the vehicle price. Beca of additional, bogus add-ons to the contract that you hear other dealerships try to sneak on after you've already agreed upon the vehicle price. Because of that, I had no problem paying the D&H fee, which every car-buying site told me I should attempt to have taken off of negotiate down. Second, I did my homework, came in with a fair offer, and that fair offer was accepted. I got a good price, and Emich Kia made a reasonable profit. No acrimonious haggling or power struggles. Third, my salesman Aaron and the F&I Dept's Christine were both great to work with; pleasant, friendly, honest, no high-pressure tactics. The managers who I met only briefly seemed like good people as well. I would come back to Emich Kia if I need another Kia, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others. More
