Lou pointed out the differences and advantages between the two vehicles. He encouraged me to test drive each vehicle. I decided on the Cadillac XT4. He has continued to assist with any questions that I have had and has spent additional time helping me learn how to use the many new features on my XT4. The best car buying experience of my life! Let me start by saying my attitude toward car buying is jaded, to say the least! I have always proceeded with a sense of suspicion and negative appreh Let me start by saying my attitude toward car buying is jaded, to say the least! I have always proceeded with a sense of suspicion and negative apprehension when in the market for a new car! However, the moment I walked into Village Toyota I knew this dealership was something very different! There was a welcoming atmosphere of professionalism, friendliness and, yes, everyone was happy! I was greeted by Sales Associate Keith Harris, who was not like any salesperson I have ever met! There was never so much as a moment of pressure throughout the entire time I was at the dealership! Not only was Keith professional and knowledgeable, but he went to great lengths to find the exact car for me! (He also stayed long after closing time to explain the vehicle operation in detail!! If that were not enough, the Finance Manager, Pablo Gomez, continued on with more excellent professionalism. He went the extra mile to answer any questions I had and made the paperwork part of the transaction a pleasure! I also have to mention Sales Manager Aaron Jandro as another member of the team who helped me that night! Now, if all this wasn't enough, I went back to the dealership the next day to thank Keith for the greatest car buying experience of my life, and wouldn't you know it, the General Sales Manager, Joe Petrillo, came down stairs to thank me for buying a car, too! This kind of treatment and professionalism made me feel like I was at home! I can't say enough about the dealership and look forward to a continuation of the good times when I bring my new 4Runner in for service! I'm spreading the word your dealership is truly one of a kind!
