He stayed late, moved trucks all over the lot in the cold and rain to make sure we saw the trucks we wanted to see! Aaron Land & Tim King were engaging and made sure we felt we had the best deal possible. Deal closed, and we were beyond happy...did the service end there, NO...Tim Slattery happily, enthusiastically, spent over an hour showing us all the amazing things the RAM can do. I left the dealer with personal cell numbers and the assurance if I have a question/problem, I will have a friend to help me navigate and solve any situation that may arise. Tim even showed us how to Facetime in the event we missed something during his very thorough tutorial. I really appreciated the fact that if Tim didn't know the answer to one of our questions he didn't lie, he said, "I will have to check on that." I respect the staff at Tyson and would highly recommend the dealership to friends and family! More
