The sale person had no information on the car we were interested in. Then the financing manager screwed up my paperwork, not to mention tries to up my monthly payment by 10 dollars thru my wife instead o interested in. Finance manager and dales person were not informed about the model vehicle I was buying. Had to redo the WHOLE contract due to the fact that they didn't know the vehicle was desiel engine. Then had the DEF the model vehicle I was buying. Had to redo the WHOLE contract due to the fact that they didn't know the vehicle was desiel engine. Then had the DEF service light come on 5 miles down the road! Drove it back to the dealership and had to wait a week to get my new car! Seems to me like they didn't service or look over the vehicle, when they accepted it. Not to mention the poor quality job of detailing before they finally delivered the vehicle to me. Lack of pride and craftsmanship in my opinion. Last time I ever purchase from this dealership again. More
