Deeply Disappointed – Would Strongly Caution Others I purchased a vehicle here in July, and within weeks it began overheating. Despite their advertised comprehensive 240-point inspection and 30-day excha purchased a vehicle here in July, and within weeks it began overheating. Despite their advertised comprehensive 240-point inspection and 30-day exchange policy, multiple repairs failed to fix the issue. Each time, I was told it was resolved — only for the same problem to return within days. Throughout this process, the dealership offered no loaner vehicle, leaving us scrambling for transportation for weeks. Once the 30-day window expired (after repeated failed repairs), they initially refused to help further. Only after I mentioned filing a complaint with the Attorney General did they reconsider — but even then, the replacement vehicle they offered was sold the same night we agreed to come in. Ultimately, I had to push for a refund, losing valuable time, wages, towing costs, and registration fees in the process. While I did get my money back for the vehicle itself, the experience was exhausting and frustrating. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle here — their lack of accountability and customer care speaks volumes. More

Trade in experience is the worst I ever dealt with and never again will I trade in a car. The check was mailed without tracking or account number. I have been dealing with the bank of it and apparently th never again will I trade in a car. The check was mailed without tracking or account number. I have been dealing with the bank of it and apparently they applied it to the wrong account. I am being billed interest. They told walser with me on the phone they would back date interest but when I spoke with a higher up at bank they ignored that question. Now I am stuck paying interest and handling this on my own after the check cleared their account. Not happy. Also on first day dealt with a sales lady and she showed us a new car that was dirty and had spiders and webs on it. Never have been shown a dirty car before to test drive that was brand new and I bought plenty cars. More
