I only had my oil changed and tires rotated there so that’s a minor sample. The two young men I worked with were very friendly and professional. I bought a contract for that and will use it up at Walser that’s a minor sample. The two young men I worked with were very friendly and professional. I bought a contract for that and will use it up at Walser. I had to have a tail light replaced, got an estimate from them, and it was $400 more than another place so I went there to have it fixed. More

I bought a brand new 2026 Silverado and reported that the transmission was jumping the day after I bought it. I talked to my salesman about it and he said not to worry, sometimes it takes a little time to b transmission was jumping the day after I bought it. I talked to my salesman about it and he said not to worry, sometimes it takes a little time to break in. 3 days later a warning light came on and it's been in the shop getting the transmission repaired since. I immediately asked if I could return it and take a different pickup with the exact same sticker to replace it. I was told they couldn't do that because they couldn't sell the one I had as new. Despite the website saying, "If, for whatever reason, you don’t like your new vehicle just bring it back for a return or exchange." I was told no. I'm not comfortable with a brand new pickup needing transmission components replaced in the first week I've had it! More

I'd give you's a 0 star if there was one. There was several things that you's checked off as working good that weren't. Then the one thing I had to really fight for to be diagnosed and fixed There was several things that you's checked off as working good that weren't. Then the one thing I had to really fight for to be diagnosed and fixed took your mechanic 1 1/2 days to diagnose. It took my brother-in-law less than 15 minutes. I'll never buy a car or have a car serviced at your dealership ever again and I'm going to spread the word not to buy from you's. More
