The front office knocks itself to make a sale, courtesy, quick, resourceful, respectful. When the sale is made the back office forgets all about the customer. I do not like it nor do I like businesses that treat their customers so shabbily. It obvious they don't care for me either. This is the 21st century, when cars are purchased online, paperwork done online. Completing the sale seems to be a problem and there is no desire to assist the customer.
