Initially, the two salesman I “dealt with” were extremely rude and obnoxious. One even went as far as putting his fingers to his head, like a gun, and pretending to blow his own brains out. Didn't get MY price, but, I got a fair price So I didn't get the prospective car for the price I wanted. I did get the car I wanted for a fair price. And it was a peach!! Almost perfect with So I didn't get the prospective car for the price I wanted. I did get the car I wanted for a fair price. And it was a peach!! Almost perfect with only 6800 miles on the odometer. Aaron Stephenson was a professional wrestler...uh, negotiator but very friendly and accomodating. In my deal, I agreed to finance with Stanley Chev and Randi Hatchett was simply wonderful. She went above and beyond to be of service. And then, Aaron helped me arrange very affordable delivery of the vehicle to the KC area. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my contact with all the David Stanley workers. More

Good Prices, Communication Issues My most recent visit to this service center was less than ideal. There may have been a management change or process change, because this was the wors My most recent visit to this service center was less than ideal. There may have been a management change or process change, because this was the worst trip yet. Was the service performed correctly? Yes. Was the service timely? No. Not only was I not given an ETA on completion but the entire place was cleared out and I was sitting alone for about an hour. I understand other customers needed service, but it is very unprofessional if I have an appointment, make it, and if my vehicle will not be serviced until much later then tell me. I was under the impression from the get-go that it would be an hour, like normal. Two and a half hours later it is done. I don't mind if it takes time but give me updates. Service has started to go down the drain here. More
