Horrific customer experience from start to finish. The salesperson was unprepared, I had to wait several hours to be helped when we had already arranged an agreed upon time, I had to remind him three The salesperson was unprepared, I had to wait several hours to be helped when we had already arranged an agreed upon time, I had to remind him three different times I was driving from three hours away. It’s been over a month, my temp plate is long expired, and they have told me on three separate occasions that the plate has shipped. My salesperson won’t call me back. For the amount of money I paid for the vehicle and the zero effort that the dealership needed to make for the sale…. I’d give them zero stars if it was option . So I have a beautiful vehicle sitting in my driveway I can’t drive. Management is “never available” Go anywhere else More

We saw the Audi S5 convertible with Prestige package on the website. We have been looking for this specific car for awhile. We made a quick call and had an appointment to meet with Aaron Stokes the nex the website. We have been looking for this specific car for awhile. We made a quick call and had an appointment to meet with Aaron Stokes the next afternoon. Aaron had it waiting in the parking lot when we arrived to test drive. The purchase/lease process was quick and easy. Aaron is personable and professional. He made the entire sale stress free and enjoyable. Other people that helped in the sale were also great to work with. We drove from the West side of the state to look at this car. It was definitely worth the long drive. The S5 is gorgeous, sturdy, fast and fun to drive. I cannot wait till spring to put the top down. I could actually do it now; it has neck wormers. I highly recommend Audi of Farmington Hills and a shout out to Aaron Stokes who made my dream car a reality. More
