Don’t want to make a deal. I am surprised. I have purchased multiple vehicles every 5 years from this delearship and have always been able to work out a price. They always seeme I am surprised. I have purchased multiple vehicles every 5 years from this delearship and have always been able to work out a price. They always seemed to have the Lowest prices of gm vehicles until recently. They couldn’t match the price of Hurd in Johnston and make a deal. This is disappointing because their service department is second to none. More

First, it was my 2012 Malibu, then 2018 Traverse, and now, I am so thrilled with my trade in for the 2018 Malibu (again). What can I say?- I am a Chevy Girl. Anyway, the main reason I continue to make Boss Lady purchases with them even though I am a MA resident, is because of Paul Dragich. He is one of the best Sales Reps there. He always provides me with the truth, his advice, his experience, and understands what the customer is looking for. His explanations of everything are extremely clear. Plus, I also enjoy the quick financing process with Crystal and super easy communication with Insurance. I cannot say with enough enthusiasm how much I have noticed how the staff works together (great help from Aaron) and how great that is for the customer. It is a team effort and I see a lot of great leaders in there who are actively helping all kinds of people find the right fit/cost/etc. I am very happy with my decision to buy here and I will come back! More

He was very patient and helpful from day 1 until I drove off the lot with my new car a few weeks later. Aaron spend a great deal of time teaching me about my new car and showing me all the "bells and whistles" of the inside of the car. I never felt rushed and when I left, I felt that I knew a lot about my new car. JP was also wonderful when I went over the financial part of the purchase. Once again, at no time did I feel pressured. The waiting area is by far one of the best I have ever seen in a car dealership. They offer hot and cold drinks, snacks, fruits, candy and a lot more in a very large and comfortable waiting area. My whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I hope that my future years with Paul Masse in East Providence, RI will be just as great> More

Financing Three months ago purchased a vehicle at Ford. Yesterday purchased a vehicle from Chevy. Same practice. At signing for six years, stressed an amount I Three months ago purchased a vehicle at Ford. Yesterday purchased a vehicle from Chevy. Same practice. At signing for six years, stressed an amount I was comfortable with but NO extended warranty. We'll I signed. As soon as I got home I realized it was 75 payments instead of 72. Called back. Told them I was canceling the deal unless it was fixed. Had to go back and void out first set and re sign new forms. I was only vigilant because went through this at Ford. How many are not checking? Make sure you check payment schedule. The sales person was great. He was not the issue More
