He was very friendly. polite and answered all the questions. He also explained to us the features of the car without even asking him. He was always checking us if we need any other information or explanation on the car. We liked working with him as he was straight on to the point and no BS. Joe (Joseph Jamilkowski) is the General Manager of the showroom who made sure we get the deal that we want and worked very quickly to get things done. I would say without the intervention of Joe, we might not have completed the deal and drive the car home. Joe extended his support in giving his cellphone number to handle it via text as we had to come the next day to take the car home delivery because of the delay caused by my bank.
