New car lease I went to the dealership essentially to validate buying a competitor's product. The rep showed me the car I asked for with no waiting and no pressure I went to the dealership essentially to validate buying a competitor's product. The rep showed me the car I asked for with no waiting and no pressure. After driving it I said it wasn't't for me. Without any argument he thanked me for my feedback and asked if I had seen a different model - recently arrived and at the upper end of my range. I hadn't seen it; he didn't offer a test drive because he could tell I was in a hurry and he was pretty smart. I asked to drive the car and loved it. I told him that because it was a big change from my original intent I wanted to think about it. Again, no pressure. He emailed me information about the car I liked in the color I wanted, but did not call me. I called him the next day and said I wanted to talk to him about it. I went back in and made a deal with no hassle. The car arrived when they said it would, all the costs were exactly as he agreed to and the car, and the dealership staff, were ready when I arrived. I was out of the dealership in about 45 minutes largely because I spent 20 or 25 learning the features of the car. More

Came in to buy x5 and turn in x3 early. I believe I ended up paying for turning in my lease early. I had been assured that would be taken care of by your dealership . I would have kept the x3 had I known that would show up as “misc”on invoice. I was disappointed that it was a hidden charge . The fellow that showed me how to set up cell phone did not show me another thing about the car He said that everything is set up like the x3. I did not find that to be true. No one gave me the owners manual which I did call in and ask that one be mailed. It was received last Friday. I would also like to address the scratches on the car and the couple of dents that I showed to the fellow giving me the car. He went in and got some wax to buff out. Did not work too well.Granted they are small. I also pointed out that there were a couple of spots left dirty in car. Car also has small windshield hole probably from a small pebble. Having never bought a used car I do not know if the dealership is responsible for any of those mentioned. Seems to me they would have had it detailed before I saw the vehicle. More

Excellent customer service. Aatir was our salesperson. He was excellent! It was great working with him. Awesome Dealership and even more Amazing People! Ever since I left Houston 4 yrs ago oddly I ended up with this dealership and I say oddly because the other BMW store is next to my home. I actually s Ever since I left Houston 4 yrs ago oddly I ended up with this dealership and I say oddly because the other BMW store is next to my home. I actually started there, but once I ended up with Cincinnati North dealership I knew this is the place where I would always be welcome. Every business usually talks about family, but these guys truly treat you like a family. Every time you go for service or in my case twice for lease and a few times for service they take time out of their busy schedule and ask about you and your family. there is not a better considerate, reliable and truly a great human being than Aatir. No matter what time of the day you text him, ( he doesn't have to give you his number, but he does ) he'll respond quickly. When I leased my car, it took till closing time. He patiently stayed after hours and showed me the gadgets. Recently, I leased another BMW for my wife who has always settle for less, but Aatir convinced her to get exactly what she wants and she ended up customizing her car. I have never seen her this happy with her car and I owe it all to Aatir. Once the car arrived at the dealership Aatir contacted me and set up a surprise which actually surprised me too. Once we got to the dealership he literally had the vehicle gift wrapped with a Bow on top and handed it to her. even though we have leased two cars which could mean going to the dealership twice, it was more than 4-5 times before we agreed on the car as well as pricing. Aatir patiently worked with us and never lost his great attitude and his professionalism . Once he got Nick Markoff involved in pricing the service didn't stop there. Nick basically left his office and actively got involved and even though I had a feeling that I had reached a point where they probably wouldn't go lower Nick Dropped the price where my wife and I (like to call us mathematician) were totally happy. I have spent over 30 yrs in Houston and changed a few BMW, but have never dealt with a dealership crew which is happy to make you happy. I am leaving Cincinnati in a couple of weeks and these guys have made us so spoiled that I doubt we'll ever be happier with any other BMW dealership. I am truly thankful to Nick and Aatir and last but not least for Clay Moorhead to manage my first lease and setting me up with Aatir and Nick. More
