I have spent countless thousands on service, purchased multiple extended warranties, traded in vehicles that have made the dealership tens of thousands of dollars and purchased two SQ7s, a SQ8, S8 plus an multiple extended warranties, traded in vehicles that have made the dealership tens of thousands of dollars and purchased two SQ7s, a SQ8, S8 plus and two R8s yet when attempting to purchase a RS3 recently that was in need of reconditioning I was haggled by Randy over $1,000 not to make the deal on a cash purchase. It was discourteous from a loyalty of business perspective and foolish from a profitability perspective to compromise such a client over such a trivial amount while there was no question that a profit was still being made.
