Can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with to get the deal done, particularly Steve Kincaid. Even though we came in late on a Saturday, they were happy to stay and get us in the vehicle we wanted. The buying process was quick and easy, finance as well, thanks to Chris Bucknell. Steven didn't just go the extra mile to get this deal done for me, he went the extra 10 miles. I was a difficult customer and they still went out of their way to make this deal happen and most importantly, make me extremely happy. The entire process from appraising my trade in, to negotiating, to signing and delivery, every aspect of the purchase was pleasant, smooth and comfortable. The sales people take pride in their work and they all were exceptionally friendly even though it wasn't their sale. Chris in finance was also great in the closing of the deal, even though I made them stay late after hours. (and he got me an awesome finance rate). If that wasn't enough, I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley in service who was beyond accommodating to my requests and it was done within minutes. When I normally purchase a car from a dealer, they usually get annoyed by me by the end because I demand 110% in regards to everything. This dealer went above and beyond that, and I'm ecstatic I get to go back to service my S4 there. In other words, you have to give this dealer a try, I don't regret one bit. I would recommend this place hands down over any other dealer I've been to. More
