Awesome service department I brought my automobile in for Servicing and the service representative was amazing. Not only did she explain what needed to be done and how long it w I brought my automobile in for Servicing and the service representative was amazing. Not only did she explain what needed to be done and how long it will take but at the end when I picked up my car she went over a report explaining everything that was done in detail. I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my vehicle from Brian Hoskins Ford but every time I come in for servicing I have the same type of experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for a place to get your car serviced because not only do get a detailed explanation of what your car needs but it also gets done timely and the staff is wonderful and makes you feel like a person not a customer More

Surprised with how easy they made it My check engine light went on and I brought my Ford Escape in. It was determined that they needed to hang onto my car for a week so they rented me a c My check engine light went on and I brought my Ford Escape in. It was determined that they needed to hang onto my car for a week so they rented me a car through Enterprise. Then they replaced the entire engine because a service bulletin had been issued for the Cylinder 3 misfire code that had come up. I picked my car up after the week and was on my way with a new engine-----under warranty, so no charge to me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful during this experience. More

Awesome as usual Have had my 2008 Escape serviced at Brian Hoskins since I purchased it new there. I have never had a bad service experience with them. I usually deal with Abby Tague, and have been helped by Kevin Trost on several occasions also. Both are very customer oriented, pleasant, courteous, and make sure that I am kept up to date on progress of repairs during my appointments. On the event of catastrophic mechanical failures (brake caliper seizure, transmission band breakage, and spontaneous window opening caused by the mechanism holding the window up failing) I have shown up unannounced and Abby has always been very gracious about getting my car in and at least diagnosing the problem in the same day with repairs completed by the next day in most cases, Great service, great people, very much appreciated! More
