Rick Torres was very nice and made my purchase stress-free. I don't remember the finance guys name but he was a no-nonsense closer. I refused all add-ons and received no push back. One thing I should have noticed was the lack of an owners manual. I emailed Rick and cc'ed the sales manager right away. Ivan Lai, the sales manager was on it even before Rick was able to reply. The manual was FedExed to me so I didn't have to drive another thirty miles. Great service all around. Highly recommend this dealership. More
