The only issue was there was some miscommunication on the terms we agreed to prior to going to the sales department. I need to remind him of what we agreed too and make oak lawn VW honest it. My sales experience with Zayd, wasn't bad either, however he did attempt to push fiancing terms that were not agreed too and was a bit pushy. But he was not unprofessional. More
