I just want to take a moment to recognize the sales manager (Abdul B.)at Nissan. Every time I come in, he makes sure to personally welcome me and check to see if I need anything. He always lets me know manager (Abdul B.)at Nissan. Every time I come in, he makes sure to personally welcome me and check to see if I need anything. He always lets me know that if I ever need help now or in the future, all I have to do is give him a call—and he truly means it. He’s definitely about action. I had some questions about possibly trading in my vehicle, and to my surprise, he called me the very same day to follow up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of responsiveness, but it showed me how serious he is about taking care of his customers. He’s truly the man with a plan, and I appreciate his professionalism, consistency, and dedication every single time. I had a great experience in the service department thanks to K. Carter. I came in for an oil change, and he made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. He kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was truly amazing—professional, attentive, and welcoming. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to make sure you feel informed and taken care of.
