The car I bought ended up having a weird noise coming from one of the wheels that I noticed from the moment I drove off the lot. This noise annoyed me to the point of leaving a bad review, after leaving the review the dealership actually reached out to me! After telling them my issue they offered to take care of the problem. Their mechanics did an excellent job and the noise was a bad wheel bearing that was there from the previous owner. They took care of the issue promptly and apologized for the inconvenience. This process has been lengthy, but the dealer really went above and beyond all expectations to made sure I was happy with my purchase. This kind of customer first attitude is rare at used car dealerships, and for that I thank National City Auto Center! More
