Unless it a quick lube job don't take your car to be serviced here. They kept my car for a week saying they didn't know why it was shaking and everyday they needed more time. Well the truck hadn't mov serviced here. They kept my car for a week saying they didn't know why it was shaking and everyday they needed more time. Well the truck hadn't moved in 4 days when I get a phone call from the sales department asking if I wanted to sell it. I explored the option and they gave me low quote based it needing repair. I told them I'd think about it but really just wanted to know what was wrong and get it fixed. The sales department calls back and says it has a bad transmission, so I call service and guess what, they said the trans was good but need MORE time to figure it out. Id had enough of whatever games they have going on here. Not sure what the deal was with them but someone was being deceitful in there practices. More

Horrible. Be careful . Corrupt I bought a used car from koons ford security, it was never inspected before purchase. It went back for an exhaust repair and they removed my window tint without permission, never informing me. They lied about the wereabouts of my car, lied about having it detailed, they lied about everything. Do not trust them !!! More

Bad Deal On 05/10/2017 I purchased a brand new F 350 super duty , when I washed the truck I noticed that the drivers door didn't line up correctly and after fu On 05/10/2017 I purchased a brand new F 350 super duty , when I washed the truck I noticed that the drivers door didn't line up correctly and after further looking into it I noticed that the door had been repainted and then the pillar that held the door on was painted also and a very bad job . I never would have thought that a brand new truck for $77000 would have been pushed onto me without disclosing prior damages like this, it is illegal to not disclose these prior damages in Maryland but what makes it worse is the fact that the manager "Tom Snyder" just blew me off and tried to sweep all of this under the mat like it never happened... When I refused to let them repaint my brand new $77000 truck he threatened me with the police if I didn't return his loaner car immediately ...smdh what kind of establishment would treat a customer this way??? Stay far away .... save your self the troubles More

"Do your homework and come prepared!" Two weeks ago I was driving an automobile that performed well, looked great and in four weeks would be mine! Unfortunately a hit and run driver in the city totaled my vehicle! More importantly the car protected ME in the accident and I am able to begin the process of replacing that gem! Our son had purchased several vehicles from Mr.Tim Robertson and he suggested I go and speak with him. Our family has had a relationship with Ford for over 40 years. (Employment and Vehicle Owners) I went prepared, educated, and determined to meet Mr. Tim. I had done my homework. Mr. Tim has earned the #1 salesperson title again with me! He met my husband and I in the parking lot and I was off and driving. It is not important what I bought or how much I paid, what truly should matter to you reading this is that this dealership is about customer service and customer care. Yes, I bought what I wanted for what I wanted and they delivered! Mr. Abdul I know you have a nurse in the family, but if you ever need care, this nurse says thank you for the great service. Mr. Tim, since my gem had to be replaced, I can't thank you enough for your time and for a positive shopping experience! More

Felt no pressure to buy the vehicle I looked at, and was able to test drive in a timely fashion. If you want a friendly car dealership, without pressure, and at the right price, this is the dealership for you. All salespeople were fantastic. Kudos to Scott for dealing with myself and my family who came up. Five stars, two thumbs up, perfect ten, whatever your rafting system is, Go to a Koons dealership! More

worst experience in 43 years of buying cars & trucks Purchased 2014 Chevy Malibu on 12/1/16. Offer made & excepted via email.Salseman knew I was coming up from southern Maryland to pay cash for car. Ar Purchased 2014 Chevy Malibu on 12/1/16. Offer made & excepted via email.Salseman knew I was coming up from southern Maryland to pay cash for car. Arrived car filthy. Exterior not washed.Interior had trash on floors,in glove box.Front seat stained.Rear seat stained. When salesman questioned said car was used as loner and just retuned. He said they did not know when it was going to be returned. Said stains were from person who used as loner.Told him stains were not fresh.Ask ,if you didn't know when car was going to be returned,why did you lead me to believe the car was on lot to be sold that night? Since they could;d not clean car that night they took off $125. Next morning 10 hrs. & 90 miles after deal check engine light came on. Had my mechanic scan.Code was for rocker arm scelonide. Because the check engine light was on,passing gear,remote start,cruse control,start/stop & more were disabled.Called used car mgr.Told him problem & that code was for.I was told to return car to dealership.They would send it to a Chevy dealer for repair and give me loaner( car was still under 36,000 bumper to bumper).Returned car 12/2/17 was given a dodge for loaner(radio didn't work in it)Used car mgr. said would detail car since I had to drive back to Baltimore from southern Maryland. Picked car up 12/8/17. No attempt made to clean seat stains.Dirty sock in trunk.When given paperwork for repair showed no repair made.When questioned salesman he stated that the check engine light was not on ,when he drove it to the Chevy dealer.Paper work from Chevy dealer says scanned codes.Talked to used car mgr.Ask why did you accept car back when part not replaced.Said they did not fix it.It was sent to Chevy.Again ask why was it accepted back when not repaired? He shrugged his shoulders. 12/9/17 check engine light came on again in morning.Same code. Took car to my GM dealer, 12/9/17 AM,.They checked GM repair system data. Auto Nation in Baltimore had only cleared code. In 3 hrs.(with no appointment) they had confirmed scelonid needed to be replaced.Ordered part was fixed 12/12/17. This was the worst experience I've had buying a car in 43 yrs.I've bought from Dealer/private in over 11 states.Never had a car presented so filthy. Salesman caught in lies. No follow thru to resolve issues Will never let Koons "WOW" me again More

Thanks Fred It was a rough experience purchasing my 2007 BMW with Koons due to bad manager customer service and the service department. I was given a lot of run around and empty promises due to a check engine light and missing part. All this within less than a month of purchase. Needless to say that I had to take time off from work to make several visits from Silver Spring to Baltimore and other places to get my car fixed. Although I bought the highest tier warranty available, the service department wasn't knowledgable enough to solve the problem. Long story short, the only notable mention is Fred for working with him with the purchase and following everything up with me to help resolve my car issues. Thanks Fred. More
