He didn’t make me feel pressured or intimidated into making a decision, which was the part I was dreading most about purchasing a car. This made me feel comfortable and confident in making the right car choice and dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, Kenny and Robert in finance, stayed later and were thorough with the process and continued to be patient (considering the time, I appreciated this a lot!). Robert made the finance part easier than I expected. He made recommendations that provided me with options without feeling pushed into getting unnecessary additions (at least that’s how I have felt with my last 2 car purchases in different dealerships). Once I picked up the car, the excellent experience continued. The car was ready for me with a nice sign on windshield to show the car was ready and prepared for me!
