I really enjoyed my experience here at Sloane. My sales person Abe was awesome he didn’t try to upsell me any products that I did not need he did not try to sell me a car that I did not want. The finance department really worked with me so that I that my purchase price was something that I was comfortable with. I’ve been to plenty of other Toyota dealerships and nothing compares to the type of customer service I received here at Sloane. I must say I really love my car. Also Abe has called me twice since I’ve had my car just to make sure that I’m still happy and that everything is OK now that’s what I called customer service that’s what helps you keep customers for life. More

The dealership is pretty easy to work with. my sales person was surprisingly easy going and not pushy. They also made communication easy to which is a big bonus. The negative experience started when taking delivery of the car with all the paperwork. The finance person was pushing for Zurich-branded things I did not want, and did not make it clear how/if I could opt out. The “sell to you by default, you have to ask us a lot to not buy it” tactic was a pretty negative way to finalize and otherwise smooth experience. Shame to have what should be an exciting thing be soured in such a way so the dealership can skim another $200 off you. Pushing the stuff is annoying, but okay. I did not like the lack of clarity on how to not buy the “extras” at all. Would not recommend because of this reason. More
