I stopped by this week and Abe sat in my 2013 Taurus Limited that I'd bought used and asked why wasn't I using the navigatio My salesman was Abe Khan. I stopped by this week and Abe sat in my 2013 Taurus Limited that I'd bought used and asked why wasn't I using the navigation? I said it didn't come with the navigation card when I bought it from Victory Nissan in Dickson TN( dishonest and no integrity). Less than 5 minutes later Abe had put in the card with no questions asked. He did have this look on his face like "who would sell you a car like this without a navigation card?" Anyhow, Abe had my attention and business from that moment going forward. So I came back the next day in search of a new Ford SUV. Abe was on top of his game again. We walked, talked, looked and drove around the lot. Abe was diligent in his effort to help me find the right vehicle to meet my needs and budget. I made my selection and chose an Explorer. But second guessed the pricing and said let's look at an Edge. Abe told me I was compromising and shouldn't have to. He suggested I give him a chance to see if the Explorer could fit in my payment range. I did and it actually worked out for me. During this whole time Abe had more than a few returning customers coming to see him and do more business with him. This definitely reassured me I was with the right salesman to do business. From the beginning, Abe took ownership and did his best to help me find a vehicle that met my needs and could afford. He kept me in the loop on any changes with the financing and any additional information that was needed. His knowledge and experience definitely guided me to the ultimate result of buying a new Explorer. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and courteous. My time was well spent at Two River Ford. I wish I'd came here first when I was car shopping two years ago. I have no doubt it would have been a much better customer experience. Also everyone at Two Rivers Ford was friendly and willing to help and discuss any topic to make your Car buying efficient. I highly recommend anyone close to the Middle Tennessee area, to stop by Two Rivers Ford, find Abe Khan and find out for yourself how great Two Rivers Ford is. More

I've been in sales for 40 years and I knew very quickly that Abe was going to do his job the right way. We had been to another Ford dealership in the area that morning and were not impressed because the only goal of the sales team from the other dealership was to sell a vehicle. We left the first dealer and went to Two Rivers Ford. Abe met us in the parking lot and immediately wanted to know about "our" needs and what we were looking for. After a few questions and actually "listening" to us, he helped us narrow our search down to exactly what we wanted. The process was quick, focused on us "the buyers", and very pleasant. I would recommend anyone in the market for buying a vehicle to check with Abe at Two Rivers Ford before going anywhere else. More

No hassel, no pressure!!! We found the truck weve been looking for on their lot. Decided to ask a salesperson for a look inside vehicle, and about price.....Abe Khan presente We found the truck weve been looking for on their lot. Decided to ask a salesperson for a look inside vehicle, and about price.....Abe Khan presented us with his card,....on the card is a stamp that says NON COMMISSIONED SALES CONSULTANT????....Really???.... So....now the conversation turned to the price of the truck....he wrote the price on the back of his business card....and then invited us to check the truck out and drive it.... We liked the truck 2016 F450 King Ranch SuperDuty.....and started talking about trade in price....the manager appraised our 2015 Tahoe...gave us a offer on our trade.....Really???......NO HASSEL??...NO FORCED SIGNINGS OF A OFFER TO BUY SHEET.....NOTHING!!!!!!!!????? And I'm sure this isn't important to some people....but in the background the music that was playing over the speakers in the DEALERSHIP SHOWROOM?.....was CHRISTIAN Music???......WOW!!! What a statement that was from the owners and management..... Well,....lets summarize our dealer experience,......NO HASSEL,,,,UPFRONT PRICE ON VEHICLE.,,,,FAIR TRADE OFFER,,,,DID I MENTION NO HASSEL????? When your looking for a new car or truck and ....I'm not saying I was treated different because this was a $76 thousand dollar truck,...I don't like games,...and silly stuff like keeping my keys to my trade and having me sign crap papers just the see the price on their truck and what are they really offering on mine,...etc..etc....I just want HONEST UPFRONT NO PRESSURE OFFERS ON MY DEAL!!!!! That's what I received at Two Rivers Ford.....and everyone from the salesman (Abe Kahn) to the fianance guy treated us like we were the only customers they've had all year!!!...they were happy to see us and do business,....and being an out of state sale,....they had the paperwork correct and everything mailed quickly.....GREAT JOB!!!! More

Sales person was friendly and helpful We could not reach a deal on truck after several attempts to come to terms. The problem arose when manager appeared behind me and said "Who is the one holding up this deal." This is not a good way to approach anyone who is trying to buy your product. It went down from there. He was condescending and arrogant. I understand we can't come to terms on things but not a good idea to make potential client feel inferior. It is how I was treated by him. Needless to say I did not by truck. More

Best car buying experiance I have had!!! I will be returning again because of the genuine caring nature of Abe, he did not pressure us and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. I will be returning again because of the genuine caring nature of Abe, he did not pressure us and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. The time he spent with us even after the sale to ensure we knew all the features and understood everything about the car was above and beyond any other salesman I have dealt with. I feel that I could call Mr. Kahn anytime if I have a question and he will exceed any expectations I have. Everyone was friendly, personable, and make our visit enjoyable and expedient.
