Dealerships could learn from Two Rivers Ford My wife and I spent two hours at a dealership this morning just trying to make the deal. No luck. It was very frustrating. We had seen an Escape at Tw My wife and I spent two hours at a dealership this morning just trying to make the deal. No luck. It was very frustrating. We had seen an Escape at Two Rivers like the one we tried to buy earlier. I made an appointment from the website and submitted a credit app. When we got there Abe was there to greet us and helped us learn about the car. He made sure we had a good test drive to make sure we liked the ride and everything was right with the car. I told him what I wanted for my trade and in 15 minutes the deal was done, and I saved a ton. Reggie in finance was pleasant and has a good sense of humor. He made committing to monthly payments almost pleasant. Abe took care of the cleanup and filled it with gas. Old school service right there. I definitely will buy another car there and will give there service a shot, even if it is 25 miles away. More

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE We have no idea even where to start with this review!!! We have been shopping for a vehicle for about a year now and have been to quite a few diffe We have no idea even where to start with this review!!! We have been shopping for a vehicle for about a year now and have been to quite a few different dealerships from Lebanon to Nashville. We will not use names etc. but were NOT happy with our results from most of these places. They were so pushy and didn't seem to care to find out exactly what vehicle would suit our needs. When we did find a vehicle that we liked....they walked away to check on price and what we would get for a trade-in and they left us sitting there for almost an hour. This is just one of the examples of terrible customer service we had received! When we pulled up on the lot of Two Rivers....we were given the chance to look at a few vehicles and we not swarmed by sales agents. (Which we LOVED)! Then after we looked around a little then Abe Khan came out and was so friendly and genuine! He asked questions to find out what we would like and what would work for us. My husband thought we were going to trade in for another Ford Fusion but I was looking more at the Ford Escape. Abe showed us the S, SE and Titanium.....he did NOT push us towards one or the other!!! I was so indecisive and couldn't make up my mind....so he says "after what you have told me, I think I know what you might like"......so he goes behind the dealership and drives a beautiful Red Ford Escape SE right in front of us!!! We were SOLD! He took time to see what we wanted and our taste....he DID NOT rush us or sway us one way or another, at all! After we decided EXACTLY what we wanted....it went so smooth from there also. Abe worked with us to get a good trade-in price and our payment to fit our budget and then Kenny (in the financing dept) made it as easy as possible and explained EVERYTHING to us! They were so efficient and made us feel so comfortable still and did not push extra warranties etc. (We ended up purchasing an extra warranty but not because we were coaxed.....only because of how it was explained! We went to Two Rivers.....NOT PLANNING on buying a vehicle that day.....and just doing more research and looking to see what they had. BUT with the friendly, non-pushy, considerate agents and staff......we drove a 2016 Red Ford Escape SE off the lot!!!!!! We are so thankful and pleased with the customer service we received and will ALWAYS shop at Two Rivers and will recommend Two Rivers in Mt. Juliet to everyone!!!!!!! Abe Kahn was Great! Initially I was hesitant to part with my "baby", a 2014 Mustang convertible, and Abe sensed this during our first visit with my trade-in. He didn't pressure me, but offered any additional assistance as I was leaving Two Rivers on a Friday. Over that same weekend, I visited two other dealerships and just wasn't finding the best fit for me in a new car. So then I decided to visit the Two Rivers Ford website to peruse their online inventory. After scouring through all their inventory for my two target vehicle types, and reading the detailed specs, I determined a car that could sufficiently replace my beloved sports car. I visited the dealership to "seal the deal" at the end of what had been a very stressful day at work, and my elderly mother's news of the day...her house had snakes. Yikes! Abe worked very diligently to make the sale/trade as efficient as possible. He was calm and collected, helping to level all my angst and anxiety. To be honest, my own behavior was less than stellar as my emotions bubbled to the surface during our negotiations. Abe was incredible at dealing with me! I highly recommend Abe Khan and Two Rivers Ford. These guys really are human, and they care, which is not always the case in a high dollar sales deal. Kudos! More

Loyal customer to NEVER return! I accepted the floor mats and also asked Jay the truck sales manager if I could purchase the tonneau cover at cost, his answer was yes. I signed and left a happy customer. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased with Two Rivers and traded 2 other cars with them. I arrived the following Saturday when my mats arrived and my tag was also installed. My salesman, Abe Khan, installed the mats and commented he ordered an extra mat because he was unsure of the one I needed. I inquired about the tonneau cover and had cash in pocket to buy, and was told, "Jay is not here and he has to approve" Returned once again on the following Saturday because the key code for the locks was not in the vehicle. The service advisor, Chuck Shelton, provided me with the code for the locks and showed me how it worked. I saw Abe, and at this time let him know the front mat was incorrect. He said let me check into it it, again, Jay is not here, and I'll get back to you I ordered the correct mat and awaited a call from Abe, it never came, so today I spoke with Tommy, the manager and informed him that the deal was not kept, and they lost a Loyal customer. I expect the service department will be just as good as the sales experience. I would highly recommend Two Rivers Ford to friends and family. I was nervous about this whole experience - it being my first time buying a car. I never felt like anybody was simply out for my money, and Abe was very personable. He and the rest of his team did an amazing job of making sure that the whole process from start to finish was stress-free, and he worked intently with me to make sure we could arrive at a deal that worked well for me. It took more time for the car to get filled up, cleaned, and ready for me to drive off, than it took us to talk numbers and sign the deal. Very pleased! I've been stressing and dreading the day I had to replace my venerable 2001 Focus that had over 210k miles on it, but Abe and the team at Two Rivers Ford made this deal today so smooth that I was able to sit back and enjoy the excitement of getting a new car, and with such a great deal that won't cause me any stress. Thanks so much!!! More

New Explorer Two Rivers ford was convenient, easy to deal with and made the buying process pretty much painless (considering the cash outlay for a new car these da Two Rivers ford was convenient, easy to deal with and made the buying process pretty much painless (considering the cash outlay for a new car these days). Abe Khan was very pleasant, and easy to work with. I met many of the employees at the dealership and all of them were very helpful. Would recommend this dealership. More
