Ryan and Cody must not like to sell cars. I explained to Ryan that I live far away and could not make it into the dealership tonight to purchase the vehicle that I had already saw and test dr I explained to Ryan that I live far away and could not make it into the dealership tonight to purchase the vehicle that I had already saw and test driven. I repeatedly asked Ryan for a manager for an out the door price on the vehicle. I asked over 6 times for a manager and he would not get one. I asked to hold for one and he would not allow me to hold. I called back and after asking for either a finance or regular manager about 3 more times Ryan finally got Cody on the phone. Cody would not give me a price with tax tag and title out the door on the full price of the car. They are very far from where I live and I was willing to do the deal but apparently they didn’t want to sell to me. They’d rather probably try to get me in the dealership and finagle whatever extra pricing onto the car that they could. This dealership sucks. I advise women and minorities to stay far away from Ford in Huntley. More

I arrived for a scheduled oil change, and the mechanic noticed that the front brake hoses were already starting to bulge—something I wouldn't have noticed myself sooner, and it could have been costly. The service manager immediately explained the situation, showed the wear on a lift, and replaced everything under warranty the next day, even though I technically could have paid for it myself. Ultimately, I left feeling relaxed, and most importantly, with the feeling that they genuinely care about safety, not just making a buck. More

Absolutely horrible trying to buy experience. Like robots, all sales people keep repeating "your best leverage is to come to dealership in person, we do not negotiate over the phone". I asked how exactly does that work for out of state buyers? Answer "your best leverage is to be here in person" I asked to speak with finance manager, they declined my request. I asked for a photo of bed of the truck. I was told they don't have one. I said, well can someone go out to the parking lot and take one? Ohh.. yes they can. Absolute horror show. More

I’ve asked this dealership multiple times to stop calling me, and the calls have continued anyway. At this point it feels more like harassment than customer service. On top of that, they are advertising v me, and the calls have continued anyway. At this point it feels more like harassment than customer service. On top of that, they are advertising vehicles that have branded titles, which is something buyers absolutely need to look out for. While that information may be disclosed somewhere in the fine print, it’s not always obvious up front, and many consumers won’t realize what that actually means until it’s too late. Between the persistent unwanted calls and the inventory practices, this is not a dealership I would recommend. If you’re considering doing business here, ask very direct questions, read everything carefully, and proceed with caution. More

Usually I'm not the biggest fan of the whole "car salesman vibe" but the guy who helped me out was really cool, I didn't feel that pressure or awkwardness you feel at some dealerships just a respectf salesman vibe" but the guy who helped me out was really cool, I didn't feel that pressure or awkwardness you feel at some dealerships just a respectful and knowledgeable guy (Rob Vader) who was there to help me through the process. Hope he's still around next time I need a vehicle because I don't think I'll be going to anyone else from now on. Also the dealership was clean, friendly and had a lot of options in a wide range I was impressed. Definitely recommend. More
