The manager responded, "I can get you the all weather mats" — a clear and unconditional acceptance of my full request. I bought the car based on that agreement. They gave me the front and rear mats but refused to provide the trunk/cargo mat I was promised. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this professionally with management (Jay Kim and Shah Raufi), they ignored me and never fulfilled their end of the deal. If they won't honor a simple written agreement made before the sale, what else will they cut corners on? Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. More
