Very clean. Very Professional. Very Efficient. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Not rushed at all. They gave me a more than fair trade-in value on my 2008 Lexus RX 350. David the finance guy was extremely efficient. The fastest finance guy I have ever dealt with. I got exactly what I wanted and start to finish in less than 2.5 hours. Amazing. Keep up the good work! As former Chevy-only girl, I finally traded in my Cruze to lease my first Lexus this week. We stopped in on a Saturday and met with Abed and Michael. They were both very helpful and not pushy at all. They were honest with us about pricing and the viable options for our price range. The negotiations were fair and there was no posturing - just giving us options to get us to where we felt we needed to be. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in, and worked with us to meet our needs for the lease. The service and hospitality at this dealership blew the other luxury dealers we went to OUT of the water. I could not recommend Abed & the team at Metro Lexus more - besides for getting the new car, dealing with them was the best part of the process! I love my Lexus UX Hybrid and will be sure to be back for all of our future car needs! More
