My wife and I were interested in a certified preowned Lexus UX and I saw one listed on the Lexus of Cleveland website. I called the dealership and was connected with Terry Ramey in Sales. After answering all of my questions, we scheduled an appointment to look at the car. In the meantime, Terry emailed me a CarFax report, window sticker, inspection report, and pricing sheet for me to review before the appointment. Terry couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and took us for a test drive. Rik, the Finance Manager, popped in to answer questions we had about registration, titles, etc. The car was in excellent condition and met all of our needs. After a few minutes of discussion, we agreed on a price and inked the deal. Refreshingly, the initial asking price was fair, so there was no need for a lot of back-and-forth. Terry never left her office to talk to the sales manager. It was quick, straight-forward, and painless. We picked up the car the next day and were welcomed to Lexus of Cleveland family . We were literally welcomed, as in the entire staff gathering to give us a round of applause. Micah, from the service team, clearly explained all of the features of the car to us, and Chris (and Sarah) from Finance walked us through the document signing. All were great. After one last conversation with Terry, we were on our way. Called Jeff in the am with a brake-suspension issue in the left front. Jeff, like a medic diagnosing a patient to treat, believed he knew what the problem was. Jeff looked at the days schedule and found an open slot that afternoon and asked if I could get there at that time. Upon arrival, I was greeted personally by Jeff and he immediately got me checked in and on to a mechanic. The mechanic located the issue and it was exactly what Jeff surmised. The mechanic (who was also great) made a video of the discovery and solution, which was sent to me on my phone for perusal. Time in to time out was less than 90 minutes! Terry, Tom, Dan, Michael and Jesse all took the time to chat and discuss items of mutual concern and interest. The people at this dealership as well as the vehicles are the reason I am a long time client! More
