I currently live in Akron, Ohio with my husband. Together, we have 7 children, 2 dogs and a cat! I have been in the car industry for 25 years, 11 of those at Metro Lexus. I love what I do. I purchased my second Lexus from Metro Lexus prior to my employment and was so wow'd by the dealership and my experience, that I knew that this was the place for me! ...driving my fifth Lexus now. Purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle does not have to be a bad experience…You deserve to be treated special too!

Great experience at Lexus of Cleveland with Terry Ramey! We were VERY particular about the car we wanted and she worked with us to get one that matched exactly. She was patient and communicated well thro We were VERY particular about the car we wanted and she worked with us to get one that matched exactly. She was patient and communicated well throughout the process. Day of pickup was smooth and quick! Tysean Yorke did a great job explaining the technology to us and this was a much appreciated and unexpected bonus! To top it all off, there was a large wind storm with lots of falling trees and downed power lines and Terry went above and beyond to keep our new car inside over night as we had come from out of state and did not have a garage space to keep it. Highly recommend! More
