I was looking to test drive the IS500 and walked out purchasing it. Abed was able to answer all of my concerns from the warranty of being a certified Lexus to the meticulous care of the car from the previous owner. Ruth my finance manager expedited the car sales and explained in details the sale process. When I am in the market for a Lexus again, I will definitely be back to Metro Lexus because of the outstanding treatment I received from the moment I got there to the moment of driving off with my new/certified used IS500. More
