First off, let me say I attempted to work with a different dealer located closer to me in Ohio. When that didn't go well, I luckily found Lexus of Cleveland and Colin. Their website made it so easy to determine various payment options and amounts, which is often such a struggle at other dealers. Once I verified payment info, I reached out on a specific vehicle around 11 p.m. one night. Colin called me first thing the next morning. Although we figured out the specific vehicle I inquired about wasn't available, Colin asked me what specifically I was looking for, and told me he could do a nationwide search to help me find what I wanted. Long story short, he found me the perfect vehicle that happened to be in stock at their dealership. But his willingness to do whatever it took to find the right fit plus the ease of the dealership's website made this a quick and easy process. I'm now driving my car just a few days after first speaking with Colin. This is by far the best customer service and process I've encountered in all my years of car shopping.
